This new design is know as the personalized newspaper as announced by the CEO of Facebook-Mark Zuckerberg .He pointed out towards the visual content the users post and he explains that this redesign is to make facebook more attractive and to make it more organized and less cluttered.This update is for both Smartphones and also for desktops.
